Our EVA Foam Sheet is made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Co-Polymer, cross-linked and foamed by a chemical method. The sheet has the excellent foaming characteristic and weather resistance, the exceptional anti-sound, vibration absorption, an cut off capacities, and the processing property, which enable it to be used for various purposes.
 

■ Product Characteristic
EVA Foam as a foamed product of independently closed air cells, can so absorb and cut off effectively noise and vibration by these inner minuscule cells, that it is widely applied for buffering, reducing agents of noise and vibration, and footwear. And its excellent characteristic of processing and handling also enables it to be used for varied toys, and medical, sports, and leisure goods.
In the case of high-foamed products, they have low conduction of  heat and do not cause dewing in the cells to give the great effect of thermal insulaion, and, as they are mde of a non-absorbent material, there is no decreased effect of thermal insulation in process of time, and with the excellent property of processing, their installation is very simple.
In the case of low-foamed products, the overall static and movable load disperses and transmits evenly through them all, therefore. The thickness of slabs can be cut down when applied to the constructional materials, and their characteristic has a merit of keeping elasticity for a long time.

Weather and chemical-resistance are excellent, and products of various colors are available to be manufactured, the ratio of foaming is free, all sorts of functions (anti-germ, conductive.....) can be added, and its application is widely made.
