One-layered polyethylene foam is indepedently structured with closed air cell of a high foam, with low heat transmission. Dewing is not caused in the cells which leads to warm keeping excellently, and there is no cut off heating effect in process of time, made of none-absorbent material. Especially, the buffering and the decreasing effect against noise and vibration is great. It is also excellent in waterproof, weatherproof, chemicalproof and processing effect.
Two-layered polyurethane foam is net-structured of continuous cells, and light-weighed, ad excellent in properties of cushion, heat resistance, heat insulation, chemical resistance, and weather resistance etc. It is superior in shock and sound absorption, and sound insulation with great elongation and anti-friction.
Three-layered EVA foam, as he polyethylene foam, independently structured with closed air cell of a high foam, the fine closed air cells which cut off effectively noise and vibration.
The overall atatic and movable load disperses and transmits evenly through it all, and the elasticity lasts for a long time from its special quality.

DVM-3 Foam is manufactured to exert effectively the special quality per structual materials.
With PE Foam and EVA Foam structured in the upper and lower side, it is all available to install for drying and wet condition, and the closed air cells of PE Foam and EVA Foam reduce noise and vibration, and the wave length of noise and vibration, and the open cells of PU foam absorb noise and wave length.
It is designed as multple-compounded of the different structures of PE Foam, PU foam, EVA Foam, for the application of physical quality of decreasing maximally when shocking vibration wave or sound wave passes the different medium. Its shock and soud-absorption and sound cut off superior.

Our Pipeline Water Swelling Foam Rubber is a product in which chloroprene rubber is applied with hydrophile high polymer resin by use of Chemincal Foaming System. Its volume swelling ration is excellent in fresh water and solt water.

■ Product Characteristic
Our Pipeline Water Swelling Foam Rubber is a product for the purpose of filling and protecting water of subterranean line cable, and it is manufactured with our processing technology of foam rubber applied to the high absorbent high-polymer resin produced in Japan. The structure of product is cellulosed to smoothen the absorbing channel of outer water, so that its early swelling time is shortened, and its stability is secures when swelling.
With its volume swelling ratio is high, sealing effect of water swelling, filling and resisting water is excellent, and though drying and humidifying are repeated, its weather resistance is secured to have swelling and contracting keep semipermanently.
In order to protect its physical property in sea water, chloroprene rubber with excellent resistance to sea water is applied in base polymer, and the high-absorbent resin that has low absorption by the ion density of electrolyte is employed to keep the excellent water swelling power in salt water.

■ Channel of Water Swelling
1) Water is absorbed into the rubber by the fine cellulosed air holes of water-keeping rubber ring(pipeline water swelling foam rubber) installed in the pipeline
2) Water absorbed into the inside of the rubber is sucked into the high absorbent resin
3) The high absorbent resin is imbibed by absorbing water with the help of chemosmosis
4) Water-keeping rubber ring swells by the high absorbent resin that is imbibed
5) Swelled water-keeping rubber makes the aperture of pipeline filled, which prevents and fills water.

DKH-T130 (DKH-T131)a new water proof sealant is a product that the impermeable Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Co-Polymer is formed by a special processing method. With its superior water proof, it is available to be used for a new sealant of all structures needed to be water proofed, and with its excellent mechanical characteristic, it can be applied semi-permanent for the structures that require anti-vibration against severe quaking, warping, variable sinkin, and earthquake, etc.
Also its excellent anti-chemical characteristic gives great resistance to compound of calcium chloride and hydrocarbon, and its anti-ozone and resistance characteristic against exposure to ultraviolet rays, it secures semipermanent durability in the outer-exposing work. The inner structure of the product is made densed hexagonal closed air cells. It has a low permanent deformation rate and the superb restitution(restoration rate).
